This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the historic roof on the Bunkhouse building at Wilder Ranch State Park, preserving historic fabric while upgrading to a Class A fire‑rated roof. The work includes full removal of the existing roof, repair of historic wood elements, installation of new treated‑wood shingle roofing, custom metal flashing, aluminum gutters, sealants, and finish painting, all completed within a 60‑day window after notice to proceed.
