Lawn and Landscaping Services for the New Capitol RFP

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to provide lawn and landscaping services for the New Capitol in Jackson, Mississippi. The services include, but are not limited to, lawn care and landscaping services. The contractor will be required to provide a firm fixed price contract for these services. The contract will be for three years with two optional renewal terms. The contractor must have the proven ability to perform all services requested in this RFP. Some key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Providing lawn care and landscaping services • Maintaining the grounds and ensuring they are clean and free of debris • Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs • Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed • Providing snow and ice removal services during winter months The contractor will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and price.
