SOURCE SOUGHT - PIMC Blood Coagulation System

The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for the lease of two coagulation analyzers, service agreement, and supplies for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) Laboratory Department. The contractor will be required to provide automatic coagulation tests including Prothrombin Time, Activated Partial Thromboplastin, INR, Fibrinogen, and D-Dimer. • The contractor must provide two coagulation analyzers and related services. • The contractor must meet the definition of an "Indian Economic Enterprise" under the Buy Indian Act. • The contractor must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide self-certification of eligibility and may be required to provide documentation of eligibility.
