Applications Software Subscription for DFPS

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a contractor to provide HotDocs Classic Desktop software subscription for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). The contractor will be responsible for providing the software and ensuring its compatibility with Microsoft Word. The contract term will be from the date of award to August 31, 2026, with four optional renewal terms. The contractor must comply with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions and Supplemental and Special Conditions. • The contractor must provide HotDocs Classic Desktop software subscription for DFPS. • The contractor must ensure the software is compatible with Microsoft Word. • The contractor must comply with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions and Supplemental and Special Conditions. • The contractor must provide pricing information using the provided Pricing Sheet. • The contractor must submit a response to the IFB by the deadline, including all required forms and information.
