Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, is intending to award a sole source contract for the service and preventive maintenance of a Cytek Amnis Imagestream MKII Flow Cytometer. The contract will be awarded to Cytek Biosciences, Inc., as they are the sole source provider and proprietary vendor for the maintenance and repair of this equipment. The scope of the contract includes annual preventive maintenance service visits to ensure component calibration and optimization by trained and authorized Cytek service technicians.
• The contract is for a base year with four option years.
• The vendor will provide all necessary inspections and maintenance to keep the instrument functioning within normal operating parameters.
