STATEWIDE: Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) Types 9 - 18

The State of Maryland is seeking bids for the supply of Vans and Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), Types 9-18. The contract is an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery Contract, and the State may award multiple contracts to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders. The successful vendor(s) will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicles are supplied in accordance with the product specifications listed. The State reserves the right to inspect each vehicle prior to acceptance. Key aspects of the job include: • Supplying Vans and SUVs, Types 9-18 • Ensuring compliance with product specifications • Allowing for inspections by an authorized representative of the State • Providing vehicles at a firm fixed price for the term shown • Registering on the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) website and having an "Active" status to receive a contract award
