The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for resurfacing/repaving existing asphalt golf cart path located at Pipestem State Park in Pipestem, WV. The scope of work includes infrastructure building and surfacing and paving services.
