Plumbing Services at Honolulu and Kalaeloa Harbor

The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Harbors is seeking a contractor to provide plumbing repairs at Honolulu Harbor and Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, including trouble calls during regular and off-hours. The contractor must have a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" or Specialty Contractors "C-37" or "C-37e" License and a minimum of three consecutive years of experience in the field of wastewater pump and equipment inspection and maintenance services. The contractor must also provide documented maintenance experience records to substantiate their claim of experience. • The contractor will be required to sign in and out at the maintenance control office daily whenever they perform any work under this contract. • The contractor will be required to complete a maintenance checklist, signed by the Harbors Maintenance Supervisor, certifying that the maintenance tasks have been completed. • The contractor will be required to submit all records and reports within 72 hours after completion to the Maintenance Supervisor. • The contractor will be required to maintain the service log book by monthly update of the log. • The contractor will be required to present their work sheets or trouble call tickets to the authorized State representative for certification at the end of each day or job.
