Furnishing and Delivering Leo Satellite Terminals and Pooled Data Service

The contract includes all labor, fuel, transportation, equipment, tools, taxes, and incidental work required to deliver and commission the terminals in accordance with detailed specifications. Bidders must submit a sealed electronic proposal by the deadline, comply with brand‑substitution approval procedures if using alternate equipment, and meet Hawaii’s statutory procurement, bonding, and tax‑clearance requirements.
