NEW TURF FIELDS AND PARKING LOT LIGHTING AT MERCER COUNTY PARK

The County of Mercer is seeking bids for the construction of new turf fields and parking lot lighting at Mercer County Park. The project includes the installation of new turf fields, parking lot lighting, and other related work. The contractor will be responsible for all required permits and fees. The project must be substantially completed within 180 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must have similar experience related to the scope of work and provide three verifiable references. • The contractor must comply with all requirements of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and Public Works Contractor Registration Act. • The contractor must provide a written safety program that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements of the Contract and applicable State or Federal regulations. • The contractor must submit certified payroll records to the Park Commission designee within ten days of the payment of wages.
