Description
The City of Fairburn is seeking qualified contractors to provide and install landscaping enhancements within four roadway medians. The scope of work includes the installation of decorative rock, plant materials, and related landscaping improvements. The project requires a lump sum cost to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, transportation, permits, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Installation of decorative rock and stone materials
• Installation of plant materials and landscaping enhancements
• Site preparation and cleanup
• Related landscaping and irrigation adjustments, if required by plans
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
