The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles (ABPP) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual inspection and preventive maintenance for nine (9) Ventura‑brand, 250‑gallon gas water heaters located at the ABPP Prep Center in Uniontown, AL. The work includes comprehensive inspection of burners, heat exchangers, ignition systems, gas valves, venting, T&P relief valves, thermostats, electrical controls, and tank condition, with written reports for each unit. The contract is initially for a 12‑month period with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year terms, subject to the same pricing.
