Description
The US Embassy in Paris is seeking a contractor to provide make-ready janitorial services for its leased or government-owned apartments in Paris and its vicinity. The contractor will be responsible for deep cleaning of apartments after the departure of occupants and before new occupants move in. The contract will be for one base year and two option years, with a minimum order of 800 euros VAT included and a maximum order of 241,200 euros VAT included. The contractor must provide proof of SAM registration, evidence of an established business in France, and a strategic plan for the on-demand janitorial services. Key services include:
• Make-ready deep cleaning services
• Welcome Kit
• Additional cleaning services
• Cave trash removal
The contractor must also provide equipment, supplies, and materials required for the performance of services under this contract.
