Description
The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, L.L.C. is seeking proposals for the VMware Enterprise License Renewal 2026. The contract will be for a 5-year term with a predetermined payment schedule and a "Termination for Convenience" option. The successful bidder will be required to provide VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and VCF Edge licenses, as well as other value-added services. The bidder must also comply with the Cherokee Nation's Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations and the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) policies and procedures.
