Description
The North East Texas Workforce Development Board is seeking legal services from attorneys or legal firms to provide review of contracts, drafting of necessary documents, and other legal services as needed. The selected firm will be required to provide a fee schedule, including proposed rates for services, incidental charges, and a breakdown of costs. The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
• Review of contracts between Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas and awardees
• Review and drafting of necessary documents with regard to employment matters, lease documents, letters of agreement, and other legal services
• Compliance with Federal and State regulations pertaining to subrecipients of grant awards
