Description
The City of Cortland is soliciting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for assistance with the preparation and submission of a New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) Grant Application. Services will include grant writing, environmental permitting, easement acquisition (as needed), preliminary & final design, bidding, construction administration, and construction inspection Services.
