Description
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is seeking tradespersons to calibrate, maintain, and repair materials testing laboratory equipment. Bidders must submit their qualifications, equipment list, and pricing, along with other required documents. The bidder will be evaluated based on their ability to perform the services, and the Commonwealth reserves the right to confirm the bidder's statement and ability to perform the services.
• The bidder must provide a list of pre-qualified tradespersons capable of calibrating, maintaining, and repairing materials testing equipment.
• The bidder must submit a Statement of Qualifications, including evidence of their ability to perform the type, magnitude, and quality of work within the scope of the RFR.
• The bidder must provide a scanned copy of any required licenses and certifications, including ISO/IEC 17025 certification.
• The bidder must submit a Certificate of Insurance, providing proof of General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Worker's Compensation insurance.
• The bidder must provide references, which may be contacted to confirm their abilities and qualifications.
