The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor for monthly pest control services at Meaher State Park. The services should cover a variety of pests including rats, mice, roaches, ants, silverfish, spiders, fleas, and other occasional pests. The vendor must be a licensed pesticide applicator, provide commercial-grade treatment, and adhere to specific service requirements such as rodent station placement, callback services within 8 hours, and provision of MSD sheets. The service must be completed between 8 am and 3 pm and includes both interior and exterior treatments of several buildings within the park. Key areas of focus include all cracks and crevices, sweep doors, windows, eves, common areas, and walkways. • The park has multiple buildings that require service, including the Gate House, Park Office, Pier Bathhouse, South and North Bathhouses, Staff House, and 8 cabins. • The vendor must be licensed and insured with specific aggregate and per occurrence limits. • The contract period is from November 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. • A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
