Description
The Cleveland County, Oklahoma Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide ongoing bookkeeping, accounting, and related services for the Cleveland County Public Trust Authorities. The selected provider will be responsible for performing full bookkeeping and accounting duties, including setup of new or additional Authorities, entering financial transactions into Sage SO software, preparing monthly financial statements, and working directly with designated Trustee Banks. The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering qualifications, experience, proposed approach, and cost.
• The scope of services includes performing full bookkeeping and accounting duties for six Authorities.
• The selected provider must be available for on-site work at the County offices for a minimum of 8-10 hours per week.
• The provider must also be available for Authority meetings on the third Monday of every month.
• The contract will be a professional services agreement, subject to all applicable Oklahoma laws.
