Secure Code Warrior Licenses

The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide Secure Code Warrior Licenses to the Department of Information Resources (DIR) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) as part of the STS IT Commodities program. • The IFB requires a Subcontracting Plan for bids of $100,000 or more. • Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed Subcontracting Plan or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation. • The solicitation package is available for download.
