Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for Quantum Heating/Cooling units at the VA Portland Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary resources to perform emergency and preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, as well as providing telephone support services. The contract will be for a base year with one option year. The contractor must be authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer to service the equipment and must provide all parts, labor, and supervision necessary to perform the required services.
