Description
The Golf Center at SportsOhio is seeking a qualified contractor to replace its existing heating infrastructure with 18 new gas‑fired infrared tube heaters (nine on each level) and associated control systems. The scope includes removal and proper disposal of existing units, supply and installation of new heaters, electrical and gas reconnections, permitting, inspections, and full start‑up and commissioning. The contract is a fixed‑price, lump‑sum award and requires a minimum one‑year warranty on labor and installation, as well as standard manufacturer warranties.
