Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements - Diagnostic Laboratory Testing

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for diagnostic laboratory testing services. The agreements will be awarded to Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Center, State of New Mexico, and Tricore. The testing services will be provided on an as-needed basis with an 18-hour turnaround time. The period of performance for the agreements is one year from the date of award. • The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. • The small business size standard for this procurement is $19.0 million. • The agreements will be used to support the diagnostic laboratory testing needs of the Gallup Service Unit. • Other vendors who believe they can fulfill the government's requirements are encouraged to submit their capability statements, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact via email by December 31, 2025, at 9:00 am (MST).
