Print Services

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide print services. The contract will have a term of 5 years with 2 one-year options for a maximum term of 7 years. The services to be performed under the contract consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The scope of work and technical specifications will be provided as part of the RFP. • The contract will require the contractor to provide all necessary resources to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and other documents as specified in the contract. • The contract will include provisions for payment, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
