Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Oceanside DMV Field Office. The contract term is 36 months, and the estimated cost for the entire term is $23,353.00. The contractor will be responsible for performing a one-time landscape cleanup service and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services. The contractor must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services, and possess a valid C27 contractor license.
• The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services.
• The contractor must implement and practice low environmental impact practices while performing landscaping cleanup and maintenance services.
• The contractor must submit a completed One-Time Landscape Cleanup Service Log and Bi-Weekly Landscape Maintenance Service Log after each service.
• The contractor must ensure that all services are completed as scheduled and any missed services are rescheduled and made up timely before the next scheduled service.
