Description
The Dedham Housing Authority is seeking bids for the Unit Renovation at State Aided Development: Parkway Court. The project consists of interior renovation of one single bedroom unit, including full kitchen and bathroom renovation, new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, full wall and ceiling surface cleaning, and new electrical and lighting. The work is estimated to cost $62,000.00.
• The project is subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
• Bids are due by 03 March 2026 at 1:00PM EST and will be publicly opened online.
• A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for 02/24/2026 at 11:00AM EST.
• The contractor and all subcontractors must strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation, with a benchmark of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
