The 86th Force Support Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide a turn-key solution for the replacement of three degraded playground storage sheds at the Ramstein Child Development Playgrounds. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and safety measures required to replace the existing sheds and complete the project fully ready for immediate Government use. The new sheds shall be made of Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) and shall meet specific requirements, including a grey color, a footprint area of 12.24 square meters, and a pent roof with aluminum rafters and panels. The contractor shall also ensure the strict protection and, if necessary, the temporary relocation of any surrounding Government property or playground equipment during all phases of construction.
• The contractor shall assemble the sheds strictly per the manufacturer's structural guidelines.
• The contractor shall secure the aluminum base frames to the concrete slabs using heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant concrete anchor bolts.
• The contractor shall apply industrial weather and waterproofing sealants to all baseline joints to prevent moisture intrusion.
• The contractor shall deliver and install products meeting or exceeding the specified requirements.
• The contractor shall conduct a complete site cleanup, remove all temporary safety fencing, and restore the staging areas to their original, pre-construction condition.
