STX)-2026-023 (Removal and Disposal of HVAC Chiller at the Henry E Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to safely remove and legally dispose of the existing non-operational Chiller #2 located on the roof of the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Terminal Building, St. Croix, USVI. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, rigging, hoisting, crane services if required, safety controls, temporary protection, permits, coordination, disposal, and incidentals necessary to safely complete the work. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal and disposal of the HVAC chiller • Provision of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Background investigations for contractor personnel • Certification of eligibility to receive contract awards using federally appropriated funds
