Description
The University of Georgia is seeking a cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) pre-award management platform to help grow its research portfolio, comply with changing regulations, reduce errors, and improve communication and collaboration. The system must manage the full lifecycle of pre-award processes, including proposal development, budget creation, validation, routing, submission, compliance management, and contract/sub-agreement creation and negotiation tracking. Key features required include budget creation, proposal system-to-system (S2S), forms customization, proposal routing and approval process, sub-agreements and contracts, data and system management, integrations, historical data, security and compliance, and training and support.
• The system should be able to manage multiple Unique Entity Identifiers (UEI) profiles and automate the calculation and auto-population of Indirect Cost Rates.
• The system should provide real-time data summarization, visualization, and customization of reports across all data elements.
• The system should ensure full compliance with all applicable federal disability laws and regulations.
• The system should provide comprehensive training and support services throughout the solution lifecycle.
