The Tobyhanna Army Depot is seeking information on commercially available mobile crane systems with a minimum 100-ton capacity and 150-ft boom to handle and maneuver large C4ISR systems and assemblies efficiently and safely. The crane should be suitable for outdoor use, with a focus on mobility, precision, user-friendly interface, operator programmable electronic controllers, and safety. The depot is looking for information on the following aspects of the mobile crane system: crane specifications, engine and emissions, hydraulic system, boom, electrical system, method of mobility, crane control system, lifting hooks, transmission/travel, operator controls, remote connections, steering, brakes, tires, and accessories. Additionally, the depot is seeking information on maintenance, including maintenance schedule, spare parts availability, and support services.
