The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Recruiting Facilities Program is soliciting offers for approximately 1,332 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space in Ponca City, OK. The space must include a secondary egress, designated government parking, daytime janitorial services, and visible signage. Lessor must be active in SAM.gov prior to offer submission and provide a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of CAGE registration, and existing floor plans. The lease is for a five‑year term with a termination clause that allows the Government to end the lease with reasonable notice. Evaluation will consider location, ability to meet construction and security specifications, timely and complete offers, competitive cost, and qualitative ratings by the client.
