The Navajo Nation Division of Aging and Long‑Term Care Support seeks a qualified contractor to replace exterior and interior doors at two senior centers – Saint Michael Senior Center in Arizona and Tohatchi Senior Center in New Mexico. The work includes supplying, installing, and disposing of steel stainless and wood doors, frames, hardware, and related finishing, while complying with Navajo sales tax and procurement rules. Bidders must submit three hard‑copy copies of the RFP and two sealed cost proposals, along with required certifications and insurance.
• Replace 3 exterior steel double doors, 1 steel single door, 2 interior wood double doors, vestibule doors, and garage double doors at Saint Michael Senior Center.
• Replace 3 exterior steel single doors at Tohatchi Senior Center and restore openings.
