Description
The Department of Juvenile Services is seeking a contractor to provide dental assistant services for youth aged 10 to 20 at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center and the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive dental assistant services, including scheduling and triaging youth for dental care, assisting the facility dentist during treatment procedures, and maintaining dental supplies and inventory. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with no renewal option.
• The contractor must have at least 2 years of experience providing dental assistant staffing services.
• The contractor must provide qualified key personnel to execute the terms of the contract.
• The contractor must maintain all records necessary to document the dental assistants' time on site.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• The contractor must provide a bid price based on the product description and unit of measure specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must submit a completed bid package, including all required attachments and documents.
