The UCF Convocation Corporation is seeking investment banking services for the refunding of its Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2015A. The selected firm will serve as the underwriter for this transaction, which aims to optimize debt service savings and enhance financial flexibility for the University of Central Florida. The scope of work includes providing underwriting services, marketing and distribution capabilities, and demonstrating experience in higher education and Florida public universities. The Corporation is looking for a firm with extensive access to tax-exempt and taxable markets and a thorough understanding of Florida Statutes 1010.62. • The firm must demonstrate experience in municipal underwriting, particularly in the higher education sector. • The firm must provide a detailed proposal, including a transmittal letter, general information, description and experience of assigned professionals, and marketing strategy. • The firm must comply with the Corporation's instructions and terms, including not discriminating against any person and not assigning any portion of the contractual agreement without prior written authorization. • The firm must execute an agreement acceptable to the Corporation, indemnifying and holding harmless the Corporation, its officials, officers, employees, and agents from all claims.
