The U.S. Air Force is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide commercial powder‑coating services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for aluminum chassis enclosures used in Low‑Cost Threat Emitter (LCTE) systems. The work includes supplying labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to apply durable, military‑grade powder coating to approximately 100 chassis shells and 400 access doors each year (≈50 complete LCTE systems). Coatings must resist corrosion, abrasion, impact, and environmental exposure while sealing seams against moisture and sand ingress. The BPA will support recurring orders aligned with production milestones.
