Hill Ditch Culvert Replacement Design

The City of Toledo is seeking a qualified engineering firm to develop the complete design package for the replacement of the Hill Ditch culvert on Richards Road. The scope includes preliminary design, detailed construction drawings, bidding assistance, construction‑phase engineering services, and preparation of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR). All deliverables must comply with City specifications, applicable ordinances, and Ohio law, and the consultant must provide required certifications and insurance. • Provide full civil‑engineering design for a 12‑inch storm‑water culvert and associated box‑culvert, drainage easements, and utility protection/relocation. • Produce construction‑ready plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and support the City during the bid phase and construction oversight. • Deliver a finalized LOMR to update flood‑plain maps, and submit all required forms (e.g., insurance certificates, child‑support affidavit, EEO, etc.) as part of the contract package.
