Description
The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the renovation of its Special Education Services building. The project involves a single lump sum proposal for the complete work. Bidders are required to submit an original and two copies of their bid, accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the School Board, or the Superintendent of Schools. The bid must also be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty.
