RFQ #PUARC-803 - Heavy Equipment + Aftermarket Auto Parts

The County of Riverside is seeking qualified vendors to provide quotations for the ongoing supply of Heavy Duty Equipment and Aftermarket Automotive Parts. The required items include heavy duty vehicle parts, warranty support, and supplies related to heavy duty vehicle maintenance and repair. The County intends to establish multiple awards as a result of this RFQ. The period of performance shall be for one base year beginning the Date of Award – June 30, 2027, and four option years renewable in consecutive one-year increments, with an ultimate completion date of June 30, 2031. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The County recognizes that prices are only one of several criteria to be used in judging an offer. • The County is not legally bound to accept the lowest offer. • The County may choose not to award any line items from this solicitation event. • Bidders are encouraged to submit their best pricing with their quote. • Bidders are not required to bid all line items in the RFQ #PUARC-803_Cost Sheet Workbook.
