RFB 26-008 ON-CALL GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND

The Questar III BOCES is seeking an on-call general contractor for construction, electrical, plumbing, and painting services. The successful bidder will be expected to provide skilled, experienced, and prompt service for a wide variety of repairs at various BOCES sites on a scheduled, "on call," and emergency basis. The contract term will be from the date of the BOCES' Board-approved award to June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. * Key services include: construction, electrical, plumbing, and painting * Contract term: approximately 7 months, with option to extend * Bidders must have at least 5 years of experience in the business and provide at least 3 customer references * Bidders must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations * The BOCES reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process
