Description
The US Navy is seeking a contractor to replace sea chests on the USNS Newport. The contractor will be responsible for providing 2 each of 10 inch sea chest kits and 4 each of 12 inch sea chest kits. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the replacement of the sea chests. The replacement must be completed by 30 April 2027. The contractor will be required to deliver the replacement sea chests to the MSC Warehouse in Norfolk, VA.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the replacement sea chests.
• The contractor must ensure that the replacement sea chests meet the requirements of the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a description of the replacement sea chests, including the part number and lead time for delivery.
• The contractor must identify the country of product origin.
• The contractor must provide representations, certifications, and other statements of offerors.
