Description
Treutlen County Schools is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide architectural services for future construction projects, including athletic facility projects such as stadium seating, concession facilities, press box, wrestling facility, and field house. The selected firm will be required to provide professional design services, prepare construction drawings and specifications, and provide construction administration services. The firm must have experience in school facility design and must be registered and authorized to do business in Georgia.
• The contract term will be for an initial term of one year, and up to four one-year renewal terms thereafter.
• The firm must provide a firm overview, project team, relevant experience, approach and timeline, fee structure, and insurance information.
• The firm must also provide references from clients for whom they have provided design services.
• The selection criteria will be based on demonstrated experience in school facility design, qualifications and availability of key personnel, understanding of Treutlen County Schools' needs, creativity and functionality of proposed approaches, cost-effectiveness and clarity of fee structure, risk analysis, and references and past performance.
