Description
The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is seeking bids to renew Atlassian software licenses (Confluence Standard, Atlassian Guard, and Jira Premium) for up to 200 users each. The renewal term runs from 10/15/2026 to 10/15/2027 (one‑year period). All bids must be submitted electronically via the County’s Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on 09/23/2026. Vendors must provide complete bid packages, including all required forms in Appendix A, and must be authorized distributors or resellers of Atlassian products. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder; no paper bids are accepted.
• License types: Confluence Standard, Atlassian Guard, Jira Premium
• User capacity: up to 200 users per product
• Delivery: electronic, no tax, to internal DPSS servers
• Required documentation: certification letters, compliance forms, insurance, etc.
