Black out and Light Filtering Curtains

The West Virginia Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to replace existing curtains in three executive suites at Camp Dawson with manual curtains. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing curtains, installing new manual curtains, and providing a one-year warranty on all parts, labor, and materials. The project must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. The contractor will also be required to provide training on the operation and maintenance of the new curtains. • The project includes the installation of approximately 6 new shades in the executive suites. • The new shades will be manually operated dual shades, with one shade being a mesh solar shade with a 3% openness and the other being a mesh solar shade that is blackout. • The colors of the shades will be Peloton or approved equal for the solar shade and Dark Gray or approved equal for the blackout shade. • The contractor will be responsible for field verifying all quantities and providing their own temporary facilities. • The West Virginia Army National Guard will provide an area for the contractor to have a laydown area and a place for a job trailer, and will make every effort to provide electric and water for the contractor's laydown and job trailer site.
