REAL/RUSB Systems

The US Air Force is seeking to procure a REAL (Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer) and RUSB (Reusable Universal Skid Board) system. This system is a proprietary product manufactured by Quality Research, Development & Consulting, Inc. and is the only type system allowed for use by the Air National Guard- Air Force Reserve Command test Center (AATC). The system replaces the current one-time use honeycomb energy dissipating pads and legacy plywood skid board, and is expected to reduce aircrew training costs and increase manpower productivity.
