Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Juvenile Justice, is seeking to post contracts exempt from the Procurement Code required by Public Act 100-0043. These contracts are awarded by the agency to further its mission of providing for youth under the agency's care and are permitted under one of the exemptions listed in Section 1-10 of the Procurement Code. The contracts listed in the attachment were all executed in February and March 2026.
• The contracts include a renewal of a contract with Stress & Trauma Treatment Center for $60,000,
• a contract for legal services with Swanson Martin and Bell for $150,000,
• and an amendment for a rate change with pricing change for the Transitional Living Program for DJJ Youth with Centerstone for $500,000.
The State of Illinois is seeking to post these contracts in accordance with the Procurement Code.
