Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a highly qualified architectural and engineering firm to perform a comprehensive facility analysis of the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center in Baltimore, Maryland. The analysis will include a Property Condition Assessment and corresponding Property Condition Report. The selected firm will be responsible for performing the analysis and providing a report that meets the requirements of the RFP. The project is expected to commence immediately upon award and will be completed within one year.
• The RFP includes a pre-proposal conference and a site visit.
• The proposal submission deadline is October 31, 2025.
• The RFP includes a requirement for Minority Business Enterprise participation.
• The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed work plan and schedule.
