Liberty Landing Apartments Residential Paint

The University of Texas at Tyler is soliciting proposals for supervision, materials, equipment, and labor for interior painting and associated repairs, and move-in-ready cleaning services within residential student housing units at Liberty Landing Apartments. The project includes all related work as described in the construction documents issued as part of this RFP. The scope of work includes drywall patching and finishing, painting, sealants, trim carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning services. The project is expected to be completed within 105 days.
