Taxiway A Reconstruction & Drainage Improvements Phase 1

The City of Cottonwood is soliciting bids for the reconstruction and drainage improvements of Taxiway A at the Cottonwood Municipal Airport. The city will select a contractor based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid. • The project includes the removal of 4,005 square yards of existing AC pavement. • The project includes the construction of 3,493 square yards of new AC pavement. • The project includes drainage improvements, including earthen berm, regrading, and seeding. • The project includes the construction of approximately 3,720 linear feet of new reclaimed water line. • The contractor will be required to attend a pre-construction meeting with city staff. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonds.
