Holford/PGBT 16” Water Main

The City of Garland is seeking bids for the construction of a 16” water main. The project involves the installation of a new water main, including all necessary fittings, valves, and appurtenances. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, inspecting the site, and coordinating with other contractors working adjacent to the project limits. The project requires the contractor to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond.
