TRANSPORTATION AND REMOVAL OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity to provide transportation and removal of hazardous waste services. The selected company will be required to perform emergency response cleanup, collection, transportation, and proper disposal of hazardous materials in or near City facilities or public right-of-way. The company must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services and must be registered as a "Prospective Bidder" on the City's electronic Current Prospective Bidders List. • The company will be required to provide all necessary vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work needed. • The company shall provide an online portal to access electronic documents for all projects. • The company will be required to perform services at a negotiated hourly rate based on established hourly rates for equipment and personnel, plus direct costs, and no more than a 10% markup for furnished equipment and materials. • The company shall provide personnel qualified to perform the work outlined in this contract and meet with City departments to outline services.
